My best friend Beverly was in town this past weekend, and before she left we went to the beach for a bit. The ocean was as rough as I’ve ever seen it here, but somehow not as angry. Perhaps it was the ridiculously heavy mist.
I imagine the mist was caused by the rough sea, throwing massive amounts of water vapor into the air. The ocean will eventually calm, of course, and visibility will return to normal. Sometimes that happens quickly, sometimes not. Life is like that, too, and this is an accurate portrayal of mine right now.
