There’s just something special about feeling the afternoon sun on your body, and Laura was taking full advantage during our time in the creek. I don’t blame her at all, I did it myself a bit later, taking a little self-care time to just be. I did about 18 separate shoots that day, trying to catch up from being behind due to the creek’s being swollen and angry the first few days of camp. Each of them was far too short for my liking, but I didn’t want to let anyone go home without pictures if they wanted them.
I’m pretty sure I succeeded in that endeavor, but it came at a price, for certain. I’m still a little burnt out from all that, but I’m getting back to my old self and should be getting more regular in my posting soon. I’ve got a ton of creek shots still in the queue, and still a ton of TMLRT shots to go through from over the summer, but they’re coming, I promise.
Meanwhile, as Summer turns to Autumn and the days get cooler, grab some time to get some sun. It comes highly recommended by me, and as you can see here, by Laura.
