When a Shoot Goes Horribly Wrong

So yesterday I had some big plans for the Dubble Bubble, but in a moment of distraction, we pulled this gown out of the wardrobe closet. The bubble shoot went down the drain, as it were.

Some days will be like that. Some days a shoot goes wrong. Some days, it goes wrong in all the right ways.

And of course, there was the obligatory kittybomb by Ragz, who has become rather notorious (and much-adored) for it.

Yep, sometimes a shoot just goes horribly wrong. It’s awful. Terrible, really.

Just terrible.

The lovely model for these shots is Jez, who has gotten naked a few times made a couple of appearances here before.

This gorgeous gown was a gift to me from my dearest best friend Beverly, who picked it up in a thrift shop for just a buck, and bought it specifically for my wardrobe closet. Thank you, Beverly.

To repeat the disclaimer, this is a project about re-discovery. It’s about remembering who I am, what I’m about, what I love and what I do not. Fair warning, this project will be posted here rather than at my SFW site because there will be nudity from time to time. Some of it will be of me, some not, some artistic and pretty to look at, some just raw.

I don’t intend to think of something every day and then shoot it, though I may do that sometimes, too. But sometimes I will just shoot, and then find something about myself in the frames and post about that thing, whatever it is.

All my #365SelfDiscovery posts will be filed here.
