Pennsylvania, To See My Pop

After three coats of paint, Melinda’s bathroom is almost painted. I needed a break anyway, but also I ran out of time. I’ll pick it back up in a few days.

For now, I’m in Philly to visit my Pop. He’s 78, and I’ve been a bit concerned about him, so I came up to see how he’s doing. I’m feeling pretty relieved about things, so that’s good. We hung out and watched Underworld last night, one of my favorite movies, and did a little damage to a very large bottle of Jack Daniel’s.

Also, it’s just nice to be out of DC for a few days. I’ll be back on the road for realsies soon enough, but for right now I’m focusing on Woodhull’s Sexual Freedom Summit. I’m looking forward to shooting it again this year, and I’m excited to see so many of my friends I’ve not seen since last year.

Don’t forget to sign up for a mini-photoshoot while you’re there!
