Tuna Rotini

I was pretty proud of how this came out.

I’ve been battling a low-grade headache the last few days, a spikey one that seems to come and go, intensify and relent randomly. It’s making me a little surly, to be honest, and isn’t conducive to work or play, but I did manage something new for lunch. It’s rotini, with chunky tuna, capers, some spices and random other things, heated in olive oil and garnished with perhaps a bit much parsley.

It was a yummy respite.
