Although I did do one socially-distanced and mostly outdoor shoot a few months ago (pics to come when I get the OK from the client), the pandemic has really just killed any possibility for a safe shoot. I have no desire to tempt fate and catch the ‘Rona and then infect a bunch of people, including a client. And how I’d do a photoshoot over zoom or whatever, I have no idea. Add to that the fact that I’ve just moved to a new city where I know almost anyone, with little to no opportunity to even meet anyone safely.

With all that in mind, I’ve closed up shop professionally, until this thing is under control.

On the upside, I have a beautiful, sexy partner who occasionally needs photos for her sex and dating coaching practice. Yesterday Gretchen and I had sort of decent-ish light in the treehouse (our name for our upstairs TV room/her office), so we did a thing.

After we spent some time doing that, we did some boudoir stuff, which is where my passion lies. She may let me share some of that when I’ve finished editing, so maybe keep an eye out.

This post is a part of another round of the 52-week challenge photography project. I’ll post the pieces on Tuesdays, and this is the shot for this week. Click the camera icon above to see the other pieces for this project, or just click here.
